Sapphire Class had a wonderful trip to Fishbourne Roman Palace, Chichester, on Wednesday 22nd February. They took part in a variety of workshops including role-play in the Roman kitchen, writing their names in Roman lettering, writing on wax tablets, spinning wool, making mosaics, investigating artefacts and dressing up. They were amazed by the age of some of the mosaics they saw which dated back to 75AD.The trip really enhanced their learning and their behaviour was fantastic!
